Research Areas

Research Fields:
Plant Genomics
Bioinformatics and Big Data Analysis
Single-cell and Spatial Omics
Epigenetic and Transcriptional Regulation

Current Research Topics:

This laboratory uses single-cell and spatial omics approaches, together with high-throughput sequencing technologies and AI-assisted bioinformatics analysis, to investigate gene regulatory mechanisms in plants under developmental processes and environmental stress conditions. Starting from cellular and spatial levels, we explore how gene regulation and epigenetic states participate in cell fate determination and the establishment of tissue functions, thereby understanding the dynamics and complexity of plant biological systems.

The laboratory is recruiting PhD, Master’s, and undergraduate students who are interested in bioinformatics analysis, computational biology, or plant molecular biology.
