109學年度第二學期博士班資格考試開始申請，請逕至系網頁下載並填寫表單。欲申請資格考筆試者請填寫博士班資格考申請表，欲申請資格考口試者請填寫博士班資格考口試委員經費申請表(請於口試前一個月申請)，筆試申請表請於110年3月19日（星期五）前送給系辦公室陳小姐辦理申請。
The qualification exam of Ph.D. of Life Sciences in 109 Academic Year the Sencond Semester has begun to apply. Please fill the application form and submit to Miss Chen before 2021/03/19.
