本系誠徵基因體與生物科技組領域學術表現傑出、能擴展本系現有研究方向、豐富教授課程，且具教學熱忱之助理教授級（或以上）師資一名。

 

應徵資格：

1) 基因體與生物科技（Genomics & Biotechnology）於植物學或微生物學相關研究領域 。

2) 可開授植物生理學領域專業課程（包含相關理論、實作、分析方法等）、植物代謝體學（Plant metabolomics）、或生物能源研究（Biological Carbon Sequestration）之基礎課程。

3) 應徵者具博士學位及至少一年博士後研究經驗，且具備英語授課能力。

Faculty Position Available in Genomics & Biotechnology

 

The Department of Life Sciences at National Cheng Kung University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of assistant professor or above with expertise in Genomics & Biotechnology. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and exciting academic setting and a convenient urban campus environment that support multidisciplinary collaboration. The successful candidate will be expected to develop innovative and externally funded research projects, contribute to departmental activities, and demonstrate excellence in teaching and trainee mentorship in our undergraduate and graduate programs.

 

 

Requirements:

1) Research expertise in Genomics & Biotechnology for the field of Plant science or Microbial science.

2) Teaching capacity in the fundamental and advanced courses in the field of Plant Physiology and relevant courses such as plant Metabolomics or Biological Carbon Sequestration.

3) Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree with an outstanding postdoctoral record of high-impact research achievements for at least one year.

  3. Photocopies of notarized academic credentials
  4. A statement of current and research experience and prospective research interests
  5. A statement of teaching experience and teaching plan
  6. Literature publications within recent 5 years, and indicate the representative publication of your choice, and the full-text papers highlighting impact factors and ranking
  7. Transcripts from undergraduate, and graduate schools (Ph.D. from foreign universities need to be proven by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of China (Taiwan).)
  8. Three recommendation letters directly sent by the referees.
